Customer Satisfaction Study


At Cold Spring Memorial Group, we are committed to better understanding our customer's needs and your satisfaction with our products. We are grateful for your support of our Community Mausoleum and Private Estate division and want to know how we can serve you better and improve upon the value of our products and services.

Below is a list of several items to keep in mind while responding to this survey:

  • The study will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.

  • The study will need to be completed in one sitting. The progress bar at the bottom of each page will track your progress and show you the "percentage complete."

  • We encourage you to be open and candid with your comments.

  • Once you have completed the questions on a given page, you can click the "Next" button at the bottom of the page to advance to the next page. On some pages you will need to scroll down to answer all questions. Once you have hit next, you may not go back to a previous question without losing your data.

  • The survey is complete when the progress bar has reached 100% and when you reach the page that says: "Your responses have now been documented. Thank you for your participation. You may close your browser".
